Due to pressures on staffing because of illness and covid isolation we have consulted with governors and taken the decision to have one year group learning remotely from home for one day, Monday to Wednesday, next week.  Work will be set on Microsoft Teams for the day and students will be expected to be at home during school hours. They will begin their day by going online at 8.45am to register with their tutor and will then work independently on set tasks for the rest of the day.

This will enable us to maintain normal provision and learning for the rest of the school for the week and will minimise any disruption.

Monday 13^th December – Year 10 will study at home

Tuesday 14^th December – Year 9 will study at home

Wednesday 15^th December – Year 8 will study at home

Years 7 & 11 will remain in school for the whole week.  For the final day of term on Thursday 16th December all students will be in school.

If for exceptional reasons it is not possible for your child to be at home on the allocated day please let us know and we will find a way to accommodate them on site.
